Emmanuel School of Theology and University of Ibadan

The Methodist Church of Nigeria invited GOAI/GOAL to partner with them in developing an International Standard Student Village.

 

The site is located with the boundaries of Emmanuel School of Theology, next door to University of Ibadan’s main campus.

 

The International Standard Student Village will include dormitories, retail centers, restaurants, assembly hall/event center, technology resource centers, and transportation park.

 

The development is based on a 20 year + BOT model (Build, Operate and Transfer).

 

The team is continuing to entertain financial proposals from potential financiers.
