Lagos, a booming metropolis in the country of Nigeria. Lekki is one of Lagos’s suburbs, located on a peninsula that buffers Lagos Lagoon from the Atlantic Ocean. This peninsula suburb is home to many Nigerians returning to Nigeria after living many decades abroad.

 

GO Architects’ role in this high-rise residential facility is very limited.

 

The developer found that the original design is not inspiring enough interest to make it fiscally viable.

 

GOAI changed the configuration of some of the building’s facade and redesigned the interiors to make the project more contemporary, and thus more appropriate for the internationally exposed clientele.
