Central School District

Working closely with California Financial Services and in conjunction with the Central School District’s Maintenance & Operations,  and Educational Technology Departments, GOAI developed the current Facilities Master Plan (FMP). The current FMP includes detailed campus facility assessments, detailed project scopes and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost lists. Developed through a series of steering committees and needs assessments, the FMP is designed to be a living document that may continually be updated and adjusted to the changing times and conditions, while maintaining the District’s mission of being “committed to the success of each student. Learning will always be our top priority. We will strive for excellence while maintaining the family atmosphere, passion and integrity that make us unique.”
