GOAI was invited to collaborate with the Methodist Church of Nigeria in creating an international standard student village. The site is situated inside the boundaries of the Emmanuel School of Theology, right next to the main campus of the University of Ibadan.
The International Standard Student Village will include dormitories, shops, restaurants, an assembly hall/event center, technology resource hubs, and a transportation park. The development is based on a 20-year + BOT model (Build, Operate, and Transfer). Potential financiers' proposals are still being considered by the team.
